Accredited Mortgage was founded in 2000 by Steve Ness, a ten year veteran of the residential mortgage industry. The Specialty Lending Division was established in 2004 by Scott Secor (pictured at right). We have had long successful careers in business, and possess years of experience in funding residential, investment, and commercial mortgages of every description.

NOTE:  Most credit counseling or credit repair services should be avoided!  Many credit repair offers are either outright scams or enticements for the unwary to break the law.  Consumer credit counseling services (CCCS) usually have the most compelling television and radio commercials.  However, in my newsletters I expose CCCS for the what it really is -- a poor and costly alternative to bankruptcy!  I will gladly assist you in avoiding these and other potentially dangerous pitfalls.
