SENIOR LOAN ORIGINATOR

I am currently interviewing experienced B-C residential and commercial loan originators who wish to join our Specialty Lending Division team.  I am looking for two or three personable lending professionals of impeccable character who seek to expand their horizons.  We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Candidates must have a minimum three year track record in B-C-D lending or commercial lending -- although proven experience in both fields is preferred.  We also do a respectable volume of "A paper" residential loans, so supplemental experience in that area may be considered a benefit, although it is not required. You will be expected to maintain your own Mortgage Originator license, or you must be qualified and willing to apply for one.  (The cost of a Minnesota MO license is $425 per year, renewable for two years in August 2005.)

Knowledge of Calyx Point 5.0 loan origination software is preferred, although we will assist in the transition from any other LOS to Point.  You should provide your own notebook or desktop workstation and properly licensed Microsoft applications software.  We provide the rest -- including a few tools that even the largest, most sophisticated mortgage bankers currently lack.  (I am a Microsoft Registered Partner and I am expanding a training and knowledge management system that I developed specifically for mortgage originators and loan processors.)  Code-cranking "geeks" with at least 18-months' experience in B-C loan origination may be a good fit, under the circumstances. 

Candidates must not be afraid of hard work and long hours (sixty-hour weeks are often the norm).  Maintaining strong relationships with your existing referral base are essential to your continued success.  Although we function as a closely-knit team and ardently support each other, you will be expected to establish your own marketing campaigns to generate your own business (we can assist you in this matter).  If you are able to generate more business than you alone can handle, rest assured that we can provide a host of trained loan officers to help serve your customers.  Teamwork simply does not get any better than this!

The Specialty Lending Division is structured as though you are in business for yourself -- but not by yourself.  Commissions are very generous and payment is made immediately after each closing -- not a month later.  Our loan processors are exceptionally good at what they do.  The surroundings are quiet, friendly, and professional.  Most importantly, you will never be micromanaged into submission!

We have arrangements with appraisers who are able to provide accurate appraisals anywhere in the entire State within 24- to 48-hours.  We have preferred title company affiliations to assure low fees, fast service, and professional closings (this is especially important on complex transactions).  Accredited Mortgage serves forty-eight States with affiliations in each, and a branch office in Arizona to serve our beloved "snow-birds" in the desert Southwest.

We assure you that the results will be emotionally gratifying and financially rewarding.  Your earning potential is limited only by your ability to produce viable loans.  It is safe to say that any competent producer will make well into six-figures -- and truly enjoy themself every step of the way.

JUNIOR LOAN OFFICERS

Accredited Mortgage is interviewing inexperienced residential loan officers who wish to join the best lending team in the area.  We are always looking for personable individuals with or without previous lending experience who are fast-learners.  Please keep in mind that you will never need to make excuses for your lack of experience, because you will have the full support and encouragement of seasoned veterans with decades of practical experience!   We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Sales experience is beneficial but not required.  We have people from all walks of life on our team.  Some were engineers, accountants, consultants, bartenders, equipment installers, pizza delivery drivers, marketing professionals, cashiers, appraisers, etc.  All have switched careers to what they love most -- helping people!

We want self-starters who wish to earn high commissions.  Your earning potential is limited solely by your imagination.  You must be willing to undergo a background check and drug test.  You will be expected to complete three weeks of initial training and pass a final exam.  You will also be required to keep pace with industry changes through a continuing career development program.  Leads will be provided on request, although you can earn more if you develop your own customer base.  You will have the option of choosing either W-2 or 1099 payment plans, and may be eligible for participation in various extended benefit programs.
