Accredited Consulting was established by Scott Secor to develop mortgage lending tools in order to better share information between mortgage brokers or bankers and their business partners.  Scott is a 24-year veteran in the field of business and I.T. consulting.  He is a Registered Microsoft Partner (#825165) and is an experienced Microsoft developer and project manager.

Scott began developing mortgage lending tools three years ago to help educate less experienced Loan Officers.  These tools and others are incorporated in a software suite that is known as the Deskweb Intranet Portal.

The Deskweb Intranet Portal has been in development for the past two years, and is scheduled for formal release in 2006.  The product features a browser-based interface that currently includes a knowledgebase of well over a Gigabyte of data.  The primary intent of the Deskweb Intranet Portal is to level the playing field between experienced mortgage bankers and those who may be a bit damp behind the ears.  Subject matter includes detailed lender contact information, extensive marketing materials and prospecting tools, mortgage-related securities tracking, bond market updates, comprehensive "L.O. University" courseware, a sizable glossary of terms, in-depth credit analysis, direct links to virtually every useful wholesale and correspondent mortgage site on the web, regulatory compliance data, loan processing tools, and much, much more.
